Koala Shopping Centre

Koala Shopping Centre is a well-known food shopping complex located off of Danquah Circle in Nyaniba Estates (Osu district), Accra.

Koala Shopping Centre is unique as one of only a handful of larger food markets in Accra that is similar to medium-large supermarkets found in many countries, stocking a large range of imported and local goods.

Koala Shopping Centre has departmentalized areas that cater for a variety of shopping needs.

At the rear of the ground level of the complex is a Bakery & Patisserie, that sells freshly-baked loaves, pastries & cakes. This counter is joined by a meat section, where customers can purchase fresh meat products such as chicken, beef, lamb, and fish.

Located just forward of these counters is an extensive frozen food section, where a variety of frozen foodstuffs, meals & treats can be obtained.

Koala also has an extensive range of cookies, chocolates, candies, crisps, drinks, cereals, toiletries, and a host of household items that are not available at smaller Ghanaian markets.

The second floor of Koala includes a coffe shop, and departments for larger items such as toys, home decor, and electronics, most of which are fully imported from around the World.

Koala Shopping Centre is open seven days a week, with secure on-site car parking available.
